Returns & Refunds

At Since Eden, every piece is carefully sourced, authenticated and thoroughly documented before it finds its way to you. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase — and we're always here to help before you buy.

Before You Purchase

We encourage all customers to read listings carefully, including condition notes and measurements. If you have any questions, would like additional photos, or want to know more about a piece before committing - please reach out at hello@sinceeden.com. We're happy to help.

UK & EU Customers

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unworn and unaltered
  • All original packaging is included — dustbag, box, authenticity card where applicable
  • All tags remain attached and intact
  • Item shows no signs of use beyond careful inspection

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@sinceeden.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service - we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.  

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method. There is a 5% restocking fee applicable to non-sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct from the refund amount if an item is returned in a condition inconsistent with the above. 

International Customers

All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the UK and European Union.

We know every purchase is fully considered. If you’d like more photographs, a video walkthrough or any additional detail on condition, just ask. We’re here to give you everything you need to make your decision with confidence  and to make sure your piece feels just as right when it arrives.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sinceeden.com with photos and we will make it right.

A Note on Vintage

As with all vintage items, signs of wear are part of their unique history and are documented honestly in every listing. These are not considered faults and do not constitute grounds for return.
